The web site was developed to provide inqiry-base, informal science learning programs that will stimulate girls’ curiosity, interest and persistence in STEM and break down the barriers of gender stereotyping.
Working with afterschool centers around the country GSG delivers curricula, research, and professional development and consulting services to help promote the concept that science is, indeed, a “girl thing.”
